Self-pay rates

• New client consultation - no charge

• Intake session - $195

• Psychotherapy session - $150

• Extended EMDR session, 85 min - $225

• Extended EMDR session, 110 min - $295

• Paperwork or special requests - $50 per request

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for understanding their own benefits and ensuring that services are covered, and for paying all co-pays, co-insurance, or out-of-pocket expenses at the time of service, or at a later time when billed by Lakewood EMDR. We can work together if you are unsure or need assistance.
